Working with the National Forest
Wilma & I are doing some work for the NF. We are cutting away brush & the limbs of trees that block your view down the road or that are in the road. Tank's got the easy job; he is our boss & he wants to be parked in a shade everytime. I have to say though he has not got us run over yet by car or truck, so he is doing a good job. We did 6.4 miles in just seven hours and that is only one side, we are not near 1/2 through. It is nice to get out in the forest and what we are doing needs to be done. Hunting season started today (8-29-09); bow season. There was a lot of traffic on the road. I just wish we had done this last week, but it is cooler now. The hi today was 72 with a low of 47.
