Our trip to DC

We are back in San Angelo, for now. We hope to leave for CO in May. It was a great trip to DC and the East Coast. We were able to see things I thought I would never see. If you get a chance go to see DC go, every one should see it at least once.

It is good to be back, we had a nice Christmas with some of our kids and grand kids and great grand kids. Most have gone home now. Lynda and John will be here for a while as they do not know where they will go next. You know she is Dr. Lynda we are very proud of her. Eddie is going back to VA; he is a Second LT and we are proud of him. John Petty is in the Army and is in VA also and we are proud of him. April and her her husband are in the Navy and we are proud of them. IT IS SAFE TO SAY WE ARE PROUD OF ALL OUR FAMILY, KIDS, GRAND KIDS, AND GREAT GRAND KIDS.

Our December Trip 2008

Well, we have seen our grandson Eddie receive his commission in the Marines at Quantico VA, and our grandson John who is in the Army at Virginia Beach VA. It has been a good trip. Our daughter Darlene and her husband Tim along with Eddie's father Eddie were there at the commission also, they have all flown back home. We were able to tour Washington DC for a few days.
Wilma and I are taking out time getting back to San Angelo TX. Tomorrow we will go down the outer banks of NC, and then take I10 maybe.
